Paul Ehrlich MedChem2024 registration fee includes the attendance to the COST Action OneHealthdrugs Workshop “One Health approach to tackle neglected infectious diseases challenges”. Just fill the Form. Registration fee also includes:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Coffee breaks & lunches according to the Scientific Program
  • Meeting material (bag, final program, e-abstract book)

Registration Terms & Conditions

Symposia Srl will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be completed by filling the Online Registration form (one form per person).
The registration fee that will be charged will reflect the fee rates set for the date the registration is processed and paid in full (see table above).
If student registration is selected please provide proof of your student status; otherwise you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
Payment in full of the registration fees is required to gain access to the conference. A confirmation voucher and invoice for the total amount paid will be sent straight after the payment is received.

All payments must be made in Euros using one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card on-line secure payment
  • Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically via e-mail. Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until June 7th 2024.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to Symposia Srl in writing (fax or e-mail): info@grupposymposia.it
  • Cancellations received up to April 30nd 2024 deposits will be refunded less 20 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to May 15th 2024; 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 31st 2024, or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

* Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference.
